Problem
The existing e-commerce website for selling furniture was outdated and lacked optimization from both a user experience (UX) and e-commerce sales perspective. There were deficiencies in providing proper e-commerce functionalities, and it failed to cater effectively to the Arab target audience while also accommodating expats due to the absence of a proper bilingual support.
Solution
To address these challenges, we undertook a redesign project for the web and mobile versions of the e-commerce website. Our goal was to optimize it for e-commerce while catering to AAF's three distinct furniture brands, such as Lilt, Miro, and Attalah Home, each with its unique brand identity.
We created information architectures, wireframes, and final UI designs for all brands. Our deliverables include three fully functional and visually engaging e-commerce websites, featuring user-friendly interfaces, mobile responsiveness, intuitive navigation, streamlined checkouts, and integrated custom features.
This initiative opens up new avenues for customer engagement and market reach, positioning AAF Furniture Store as a key player in the burgeoning online sales market.
