Blum is the first company to make telehealth visits Bluetooth enabled. During the online call, the physician sees the patient’s vital signs in real time. Same as in the office, the doc can monitor blood pressure and temperature, even look into ears and eyes. All this happens seamlessly over the internet with software created by Blum.
PROBLEM
Blum's team sought our expertise when their outdated telemedicine platform failed to keep up with the scaling needs of their healthcare vision. They required a comprehensive redesign to enhance the online doctor-patient interaction, with a focus on robust video conference capabilities. Our goal was to streamline the management of patient records, making them easily accessible, and develop a software solution that would enable physicians to conduct thorough patient check-ups virtually, replicating the in-person experience.

Galaxy, understanding Blum's expectations, was committed to delivering a customized solution that catered to their specific needs. To achieve the desired results, we undertook several key actions. Firstly, we conducted a thorough analysis of the existing portal and implemented a clean and refreshed UI design. This revitalization aimed to improve the user experience and facilitate seamless interactions between patients, doctors, and pharmacists, aligning with Blum's vision of virtual healthcare. Additionally, we integrated a multi-medical device into the solution, streamlining access to patient Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) for doctors. To ensure a comprehensive and robust solution, our development team provided ongoing backend engineering support.
