FDM Group is a B2B and B2C website that acts as a medium between Graduates, Undergraduates, Ex-Forces, and returners whom they recruit and train based on the clients requirements and help get their jobs done. The main motto of FDM is to bring skilled people together to create careers and bridge the digital skill gap.

We picked out the issues that needed to be addressed before beginning the redesigning process based on client input and our first website assessment and research.

The websites have a cluttered and confusing user journey, with limited access to pages.
